Arizona is considering an abortion ballot measure that would enshrine unregulated abortion through all nine months into the Arizona state constitution. 

Decline to Sign: Currently, the measure is in a petition gathering stage. If you are also concerned with the facts above, Decline to Sign any support of an abortion ballot measure.  


Withdraw Your Signature: If you have been misled into signing a petition that supports an extreme ballot measure covering unregulated abortion through all nine months, you can withdraw your signature.
To successfully revoke your signature from the "Arizona Abortion Access Act" initiative petition, you must complete the following steps* immediately:

1. Fill out an Affidavit of Signature Withdrawal form and have it notarized. Important: You must not add your signature until you are in the presence of a notary.
2. You can search online for notaries in your area or call your bank to see if it offers this service. You will need a government-issued ID card for the notary to verify your identity.  
3. The petition serial number is I-05-2024.
4. Once notarized, mail the form to:

*=Individuals who sign a pro-abortion ballot petition have the option to withdraw their signature from the petition only until 5:00 p.m. on the date the petition is officially filed. While the signature collection deadline is July 3, 2024, signature collection may end earlier if ~383,000 signatures are reached before then.
